Day 174 - Sheriff

Headed back from our week long exotic excursion to Devon today, so feeling tired and fairly non-creative after the 5hr drive. But hey! Here's a scraggly looking sheriff dude. He has no irons for some reason. Most likely because he's so goddamned tough, as opposed to me being too tired to draw them.

Day 173 - Forest Sprite

More of a princess fairy thing. My daughters influence I feel.

Day 172 - White Face

Super quick doodle at the end of a long day. Almost gave up, but managed to push this out.

Day 171 - Faux Oil

Just playing with the oil brushes in procreate.

Sweet and slightly dark. Like my daughter.

Day 168 - Late Arrival

Being away from home in Devon means Internet access has been non-existent until today, but I have kept up, and here's is Mondays doodle - traditional watercolour.

Day 167 - Vehicle Disaster

For some reason I'm having another go at a vehicle doodle. Again I realise that I have little to no design skills when it comes to this shit. I should have, at the least, looked at some reference or inspiration. But no. Hence, this is pretty damned bland and generic. I'd like to improve here, so expect to see some more ham fisted attempts in the future.

Mostly procreate with some snapseed filter adjustment.

Day 165 - Dancer

Doodley dancer more accurately. Still scrabbling and struggling at the moment, and need to turn a corner creatively.

Day 164 - Jump Suit

Gah! Drawings taking a steep dive right now. They will climb the hill again. I hope.

Day 163 - Valkyrie

An altogether quite silly doodle today, but no time to ponder on its shortcomings.

Day 162 - Bad Joke

It IS a joke - I just don't get the punch line. Oi. Life throws some weird shit at you sometimes.

Day 161 - Golden Tail

I've no idea what this is, and that helmet thing is just straight up bad design. But away with it, and onward to tomorrow's infinitely opportunistic endeavours.

Day 160 - Beak Face

I started this Zbrush sculpt tonight, going for a 'quickie' anatomy study. Due either to my being rusty, or it being too ambitious, it's not done. But here's a rear view WIP. More on this at some other point in this adventure.

Day 159 - Hitler Hairdo

Yet another half arsed sketch I'm afraid, and what is up with the forearm proportions?! Traditional with procreate rough value pass.

Day 158 - Gang Star

Yep, another very quick doodle to wrap up the work day. I could obviously work into this a whole lot more, but I'm trying to let it go and be alright with 'quick' and 'rushed'.

Day 157 - Bleurgh

Just horrible today. Even the basic shapes are horrible. Oh well, it's what it is, and its what's getting posted so I can get some sleep.
