Day 210 - Heavy bag

Inspired by someone I saw in London yesterday. I should have pushed the pose more, as the woman I saw was leaning so far to the side to balance the weight of her bag. But there it is.

Day 209 - Rockhead

Started out as a traditional sketch/painting/failure. Worked over and over in procreate, and still not working, but slightly more interesting than it was.

A little basic space Sci-fi pod thing.

Day 195 - Double Axe

I sat out on the deck of my new house last night, drawing and drawing, shit drawing after shittier drawing. Nothing good coming, so I popped into sketchbook pro for some symmetry doodling, and this came out. Still ropey, but elements of it I like. Probably took 15 mins in the end (it shows).

Day 194 - Specs

Large goggle/specs on a badly drawn cat thing. Slightly embarrassed by this, but time was up.

Day 193 - Feline Bot

That's it. No idea what he's holding - some sort of electrical wiring. Less bot, more armoured I'd guess.

Powdered wigs etc. Not happy with the drawing but just too tired to do anything about it. BED!!

Just a doodle, but it ended up looking like my old friend Linda.

Day 186 - Lizard Thing

Another piece starting from an ambiguous silhouette. Kind of silly to begin painting into a shape you're not buying, but time was nibbling, so I had to commit. The design is vanilla (again). I really need to think these through a little more before diving in.

Not sure where this came from, but kept it simple.

Traditional. I started my values too dark, and had nowhere to go (usually start too light and spend an age building up layers). Oh well, live and learn.
