Finished up another old drawing today, as my proposed sketch wasn't working so well. Naughty.

Day 65 - Belle

Awful drawings today, and too unfinished/shitty to post, so I'm cheating and posting an older quick sketch. I justify it by saying to myself that the point of doing this exercise is to get me doing some art on a daily basis (outside of work), and I've done that today. The results were just too bad to commit to Internet history, so here's this.

Day 39 - Old Rabbits

A horrible pun, but fitting for this particular painting. Brushes app on the ipad this time.

Day 18 - Star Trek Zombie

I dislike this drawing. A lot. Always hard when you see all of the things that are wrong with a drawing, but run out of time to fix them. Part of the process I suppose. I just have to get faster, and make better choices earlier. Brushes this time, on the iPad. Shock.

Day 10 - space armour

Made it to double digits! Definitely finding this little project a drain, but both Larissa and I are intent in keeping going, so we're thankfully able to drive one another. This was Brushes again, with some filter work thrown on top.

Day 9 - Long Meeting

Another rush job, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as it helps me to (sort of) let go. Changed up and used Brushes for this one after a long meeting today left my head humming.

Green Coat

Another older sketch, still on the iPad, but with some pixlrmatic fx thrown over it, just because that stuff is fun to play with.

Brushes on the iPod touch and iPhone

This little app is so much fun. A great, inexpensive digital colour sketchbook really, and always on me wherever I go. No excuses for not doodling now. Loving it. Here are some very quick observational sketches done on the BART, plus a doodle.
